Blue Ray problem.......

My computer used to play blu rays,now it won't,says that my region has been changed too many times,when in fact I have not changed it at all!!!!!!How do I get it to play blu rays again,or unlock the region in the player or whatever????Thanks.

More importantly, what software are you using to play the blu ray? Power DVD etc?0
