Prudential Car Insurance through Quidco

I'm not too sure if this the correct place for this question to be raised so if its not then please move it.

Anyway here goes.....

I have a Quidco account and I'm looking at taking a Car insurance policy out with Prudential as with the cashback this is the cheapest quote that I can find (£85 with cashback) however the policy would be in my wifes name with me being a named driver.

I have read about the Quidco policy of only one individual using each account but I am unsure whether I would be breaking their rules by buying this policy and the last thing I want to do is have my account terminated.

The other option I suppose is to open an account in my wifes name and buy the policy through that but would obviously lose £5 of this cashback in admin fee, not a lot I know but as Mr Tesco says every little helps.

Any views???
