Terms and conditions – email newsletter competition to win a VIP Day Out

1. There is a single prize of one family ticket (minimum 1 adult & 1 child and maximum 2 adults & up to 3 children) for each of the following: 1 free official NRM guide book, lunch for each person in the Brief Encounter Restaurant (including 1 drink and 1 main course only), 1 ride per person on the Road Train, 1 ride per person on the Miniature Railway, 1 ride per person on the Simulator and 1 steam ride per person during the summer holidays. Please check running times of the Road Train and Miniature Railway before your visit.
2. The winning entry will be the first correct entry drawn at random from all entries.
3. The prize is non-transferable and there is not a cash alternative.
4. The judges' decision will be final.
5. Multiple entries by the same person will not be accepted.
6. This competition is not open to NMSI (National Museum of Science and Industry) employees.
7. Any personal data submitted with consent will be kept by NMSI for the purpose of sending our newsletter and mailings and will not be shared with any other third party.
8. The winner can take the prize any time before 31 December 2012. Please note our steam rides only operate during the school holidays and the voucher for this will expire on 2 September 2012.
9. All parts of the prize are subject to availability.
10. Any complaints about fairness can be taken up by contacting competitions@nrm.org.uk
11. The closing date is 31 July 2012.
12. The winner will be contacted after the closing date by a member of the Marketing team.
