ebay Free relisting

Hi,

I used to sell things on ebay on the free listings weekends, and when items wouldn't sell, I would wait again until the next free listings day, would select all and then click on relist...presto, it would be done for £0.

Lately however, I can't seem to be able to do that, when you click on relist, although it's a free listing day it shows you that you have to pay, has anyone else faced this, and is there any workaround?

If you have lots of items it can take ages clicking on each one and relisting...(I guess I shouldn't whine too much, at least ebay keeps the listings in memory for 60 days so you don't have to type it all out again...)

Cheers for any advice!

I always manage to relist thing on Free lising days without getting charged, but I do it manually, never seen the multiple relist option.
Is it maybe a restricted listing tool or something?

It does show the cost but then when uploaded it will confirm £0. It's very off putting as it looks like you'll be charged but if you qualify then it will be adjusted.

That's if you re-list direct from inside ebay, not via listing tool.

Check your account hasn't gone below standard - you have to pay when it does.

If you are using multiple listing though - its gives a cost 'estimation' - but does not charge,

Also check you haven't gone over your monthly limit if you are a private seller as that will cause ebay to charge you and possibly force you to become a business account.

The free listing weekends are not included in the 100 free 99p auctions per month uness you choose to list at 99p and use your monthly allowance.
