    there was no email entry requirement, only address and phone number. Worked on FF

    Yes it was received via email. I think you may be right. There is a signature requirement (number) which changes every time I click the link in the email. Therefore I can re-enter the comp. However, my contact details get pre-populated.

    I'm trying to figure out how to clean it. Apologies to all.

    It is only for Mint Velvet customers I think. I got the same email which just asked me to update my personal information so I didn't post it here for that reason
