Capital One - On Line Account

Is it just me, or has everbody got the same problem?

When I check my account status online I see that it hasn't been updated since 19 March.

I can't say I'm impressed by Capital One - it's only a month or two since it was impossible to check online for days.

My wife cannot register for the online servicing and Cap One have no explanation why it doesnt work !!

Have others got the same problem?

Same here,& want to see if payment`s gone through, always the phone, at least Cap One are freephone 0800 952 2255

They have alwas been the same, they take days to update your account.

Same for me my current balance does not show my last payment made over 3 weeks ago (Phoned to confirm and it has been taken off my account) and one on my statements (Feb) is missing all together, Jan & March are there though.

Capital one site is now working.

Finally! It had been frozen for me since 16th March. Longest downtime for me so far.
