what excuses can I use to keep in contact with EA?

Ok, I haven't spoken to my EA for about ten days now and want to nag a bit, find out whats going on etc, before I consider changing EA.

What reasons / excuses / questions would you ask?

Thanks

B

You call as often as you like. If he doesn't have you as a customer, he doesn't eat!
Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.

You could start with "Why the f*** haven't you sold my house yet?"
  • They have nothing to say to you other than "you have no viewers because your asking price is too high because that's the tactic we use to win instructions". But they can't say this so are keeping their heads down. Give them a couple of weeks and they'll be on to you suggesting a price reduction. Seems to be how it works these days.
  • Put a board up and sell it yourself. You'll need an energy performance certificate now but otherwise it's just as easy as it ever was, if not easier, with the internet.
