Morning just completed my ESA50 questionaire I have used the printed off version. Would it ok if I send the form in my own envelope because theirs is to small.

Send it in any suitable envelope - but vitally send it at least registered or secure delivery, and photocopy or scan everything you send. (or even take good pictures).
Enclosing additional evidence is generally a good idea if it helps make your case stronger.
On any letters you enclose, include your NI, name and page numbers, to reduce the likelyhood of things going astray.0 -
