Trying to 'set up back up' on my laptop.

I am running Windows 7 on my laptop, and i now have an excellent personal cloud storage system (My Book Live Duo) which i have been able to set up.
My problem is, when i go into my control panel to backup my computer, it says that Windows backup has not been set, and to click on set back up (obviously).
However, when i click on 'set up backup' it brings up a whole list of folders and i have no idea what i am meant to do, i cannot see anything to indicate what i should do either.
So, can anyone help?

I use Allway sync for my backups, I find that to be much better.0

Well, if it's giving you a list of folders, it's waiting for you to select folders, or basically tell it what you want to back up.
What do you want to back up?0 -
It can only back up to external USB drives iirc.0

Only back up to USB drives? Not really.
Have you seen these two Cat? One for the setup, the other for backups.

You could back the whole C drive up, but doing it as they say there will make restoring much easier especially if it's just individual folders or data you need to restore.
It's possible that the WD needs a software update if you don't have the buttons they show there...not big deal though and since it's new I doubt it.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
