I want to switch to the SP deal that is on but Im on a fixed price plan with Eon - Fixed Price 5 with plan end date July 13. Does this mean I would have to pay cancellation fees? I cant find any mention of it in the T&Cs.
Thanks

Hi Cookiepops
There's no cancellation fee with Fixed Price 5.
Just a quick heads up. We don't give discount on final bills when changing supplier. So, you might want to time a switch to keep final bill charges to a minimum.
Hope this helps. Give me a shout if you need any more info as will be happy to help.

Or Eon might want to abandon such a sneaky and desperate policy and be true to your own 'reset initiative'.
