I have had lots of ppi on various things, and have tried to reclaim the ppi ona 10,000 loan from Black Horse. I don't have the account number but I have provided all address details, postcodes etc. They say they can't find my account and they want the number from me. Where can I go from here? Is this a stalling tactic? Thanks

If they cannot find any record of you from the information you have given you then it is the end of the road.
If you think they do have the information then you can make a Data Subject Access Request. It will cost you £10 and there is no certainty it will help you, though.0 -

If it's been closed more than six years and you don't have any paperwork yourself then, far from being a stalling tactic, it's likely the Bank really won't have records and your complaint is dead before it's started.0
