So, Mr Sobell has picked up a total of 115 complaints since 2007 of which a total of 12 are not being dealt with (for a variety of reasons), 48 were not upheld but 52 were upheld and are subject of "ongoing other action"

It is not revealed what the "ongoing other action" is but presumably some action is being taken.
Mr Sobell is the only solicitor associated with Graham White's of west Byfleet, Surrey, which is of course extensively used as a front by Roxburghe (UK) Ltd - debt collectors. Roxburghe's are currently subject of regulatory action/investigation by the Office of Fair Trading and have been since May 2011 after being told, by the OFT, that they were "minded to revoke" Roxburghe's CCA licence.
