Where is the payment?

Quite new to selling on Ebay and decided to have a clear out. Everything going well until a week ago when I sold an item, it only went for a couple of pounds and I got a message of the buyer saying she'd had trouble logging into Paypal and would try another card. Replied with invoice and asked if she wanted to send a cheque.
I didn't hear anything until last Friday when I got a message asking where the item was, and a demand that I post it straight away. I explained no payment and was waiting for contact. I have since been bombarded with messages which keep telling me to check my Paypal and she has definitely paid. I keep checking and there's no payment.
She's now said she's locked out of Paypal and signed in as a guest, using a different bank card than she normally does to pay me and the payment went through. I have raised a no payment made case which has only resulted in more messages demanding I check Paypal. Surely if she's paid I'd see the payment or am I missing something?

Can you just check if you have N egg timer symbol on eBay sale, page, or anything at all that shows payment having been made or is the item still showing as unpaid?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Yes there is an egg timer, it says buyer marked as payment sent on 13/07/12, which is a week after the auction ended when she says she'd paid straight after it ended0

Next thing to check then is your PayPal I'd shown on the listing.
Open the sold auction and go through it as though you are going to relist it, then scroll down and see what PayPal id you out in for payment. If the PayPal,Isis correct then it means buyer has somehow paid the wrong I'd or has just marked it as paid and not done so, but I think there is a chance here that your paypalmid is incorrect.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Hi Soolin, thanks for your help, I hope you are patient! Where does it show my Paypal ID? I didn't do anything different with this listing and I have had all my other payments for the items I've sold with no issues at all.0

Just go through as though you were relisting the item (but obviously don't relist) and your PayPal I'd will show in the payment details.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
