1. The Promotion opens on 9am (EST) 17 July 2012 and closes on 24 July 2012 (11.59pm EST) on HBL’s Twitter page at https://www.twitter.com/hunterboots (the “Website”). No entries shall be accepted before the opening date or after the closing date. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person. Entries not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid.
4. The Promotion is open to anyone age sixteen (16) or over, who are residents of the UK, Europe and the USA. The Promotion is specifically closed to employees of (i) Hunter Boot Limited, and any associated companies, and their families and (ii) any other company, organisation or person assisting or connected with the promotion.
5. HBL accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever.
6. NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO TAKE PART IN THE PROMOTION. You do not have to buy or subscribe to any HBL product in order to enter a Promotion.
7. There will be ten (10) winners. The winner will win the prize specified on the Website (the “Prize”).
For the avoidance of doubt, the styles and colours of the Prize shall be selected by HBL.
8. The Prize may be altered or varied in HBL’s sole discretion and substituted with a Prize which, in HBL’s sole opinion, is a suitable alternative. There is no cash alternative and the Prize is not negotiable, exchangeable or transferable. The Prize is subject to availability.
9. The winner will be randomly selected by an independent moderator from all entries submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions one (1) week after the closing date. The winners will be notified by Twitter Direct Message by no later than two (2) weeks after the closing date. If the winner does not respond within five (5) working days of being notified, HBL reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next randomly selected winner and thereafter, until a winner has been successfully contacted.
10. HBL will contact the winner with further details of how to claim the Prize after the close of the Promotion. HBL will be in contact to arrange delivery of the Prize to an agreed address. Please allow twenty eight (28) days for delivery of the Prize. HBL shall not be liable for the condition of the Prize whilst in transit or for any delay in delivery of the Prize.
11. The winner’s name will be made available after the closing date on the Website.
