Rental Contract re edited

Possibly a silly question but who would I have to see to write a contract for renting a property. The property is mine MORTGAGE FREE and will be rented to my Brother and his Girlfriend, we have agreed a price. The house is to be gutted and everything new, Windows, Gas, Electrics, Kitchen, Bathroom, Carpets all certificates. They are using their own soft interior fittings. It is a 2 Bed Bungalow private gardens front, rear and drive. So back to the begining who would I have to see and what would the cost be. I do trust my Brother but think we could both benefit from the safety of a contract. Advice appreciated Thank You
