NTL BB outlook express probs?

Is anyone else having problems using outlook express? I haven't been able to receive emails since yesterday. Keep getting this little box asking for my username and password, which are already autofilled (and correct). Any ideas if this is an NTL problem or is it my own computer? Is there anything I can do to resolve it?

The NTLworld website says email maintenance is ongoing for email so perhaps this is the cause of your problems. You can check the service status at any time from the following page:

http://www.ntl-isp.ntl.com/ServiceStatus/


I've just checked using webmail and that seems perfectly fine.

I read the new Martin's article about broadbands,and it says nothing about NTLworld,does that mean that is no good anymore?I pay 17.99p/m.It looks like Tiscali is cheaper, but than I have to change my tel.line as well?If I change it to tiscali., which phone line provider should I take?

Hi, my friend outlook is doing the same thing [shes on ntl bb], I would give it a few days to see what happens,
she can still get her email though,she has to press ok on the connection box!
