Just looked at my latest call credit report (the parent of noddle where I still get free reports like some other posters here) more carefully. I moved house 6 months ago and voted in the mayoral election, but according to callcredit I am still not on the electoral roll.
My previous address from July 2009 shows me registered from April 2010. I lived at the address before that from Apr 08 to Jul 09 but am registered from Oct 09 to Apr 10! I always register as soon as I move in (as the previous tenants never bothered and just left all the mail including the annual canvas forms)
Some threads here say that equifax updates electoral roll very frequently, so is this just a problem on call credit? Or does my council (one of the London boroughs) just update the CRAs very slowly?
Furthermore there is a recent search from "Media Ingenuity (Totally Money)" - does anyone know what that is?

Sometimes with the electoral roll it can be a problem with the precise way of writing your address. Does the address on the electoral roll forms exactly match the way its written on your credit file?
(quite often a problem when people have a flat and house number or similar, or in ver new houses).
You could try getting your file from one of the other 2 agencies - if you are on there then it looks like a call credit issue, if not then it could be a council issue.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
