You will be lucky to find a clean one,
  • There is loads in Blackpool, and loads of rank ones too... What area do you want? Central (town centre) near the pleasure beach (south) or north? There are also a few travel lodges popping up too x

Maybe not what your looking for? but for anyone who are a family looking to stay a few days in Blackpool I can recomend the Ashley Victoria wholeheartedly.

Its special because it has several 2 bedroom 'mini apartments', basically a front door onto a small hallway with a bathroom one end. Off this are two seperate bedrooms, one has twins or bunks for the kids and the other a double for mum and dad. both have doors for privacy ;)

Its near the pleasure beach and the front but set far enough back to be out the noise. Lots of facilities and onsite parking if you call to book, we didn't have to move our car from arrival until leaving. Good bar, great breakfast, games room for kids. Also friendly and helpful but unobtrusive owners. Clean too, its had some money spent on it.

I really liked it, hate sharing a room with kids (7 & 9) no one gets decent sleep. Managed to wear them out, fed them some unhealthy stuff on the front, let them watch TV a while (there is one in both bedrooms) then sweet dreams.
Meanwhile we could retire with a drink and watch TV and relax. :o

We've stayed at the lawton which is on charnley street, about 1 minute to the shops etc and was nice for what we paid. We've also stayed in the savoy which is a bit more out but was lovely, the 3 course evening meal was lovely.

We stayed in the Bamford House Hotel on york street. It was spotless clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious and was reasonably priced. Close to the centre of blackpool. Would definitely go back
