Can anyone recommend a cheapo printer. Want one just for the odd copy, not bothered about photo's. I noticed Tesco etc., have H & P's and Epsoms for around £25 - should I be looking at any particular make?

ok had a quick look at the printers on tesco's.
I would stay clear of the Canon Pixma mg2150 printer, looked on ebay for cartridge to replaces and they are £12.45+ for black and £15+ for color. refill kit is available at £11.99 but they are messy
as for the 2 epsons the SX235W and SX245W they both use the same cartridges and are reasonably cheap at £3.99 a set via ebay 1 set = 4 cartridges.
So I would go for either of those.0 -
I agree with Epson for VFM on consumables.
WARNING if you print pictures any of the modern sort with the paper in the tray underneath are VERY piccy about the paper,
vertical fed printers can take much thicker and less flexible paper. The bottom fed have to be capable of doubling over.0 -

I do OK with paper from here with PX800FW

With some of the ebay stuff, it can take a few goes before it feeds through0
