Do you have the full version?
    Is Gracenote embedded?

It should download the Track info for inclusion in your rips if needed.
Gracenote® is an organization that specializes in digital music recognition technology. This functionality is included in Nero Multimedia Suite 10 and gives you enhanced track, artist, and album information making it even easier to manage content. Nero Multimedia Suite 10 integrates it into four applications for easier and ‘visual’ music playback, music management, ripping and burning.

Does it look as if the text info is being recorded?

    Tried Windows Media Player?

    Which machine?

CD-Text allows metadata to be written onto certain portions of the disc when creating an audio CD. Unfortunately, most devices don't read it.

Does this answer any of my questions?

Either way, have you tried WMP as suggested? Make sure that you are connected to the Internet when carrying out the operation.

No, but the text is in all the correct places in nero

Media Player doesn't do it, tested and also confirmed via their webpage

    Pc or CDJ?

CDJ isn't important, as you claim that nothing shows the CD Text.

So want to know about your optical disc writer.
You must have a CD burner which supports CD Text to enable the CD Text to be written to a CD. In particular, CD Text can only be written in disc-at-once mode.

WMPCDText; a Windows Media Player plug-in that finally adds support for CD-Text to WMP.

There is an option to automatically read CD-Text from unknown CD's. Alternatively, you can also right-click on a CD-track in the Now Playing-pane while the CD is playing, and click "Read CD-Text". There are some other options too, those can be changed in the plug-in's settings dialog.

Are you burning the CDs as a regular Audio CD or a Data CD with mp3 files on it?

If it's an audio CD you need CD text. As the posts above, not all playback kit supports this but a quick google says that the CDJ kit does. All I can do is point you at Google as I know nothing about this.

It it's an MP3 CD - data CD with lots of MP£ files on it, then the ID3 tags need to be correct on the MP3 Files in your case the Title tag. You an use WMP for this or better still MP3tag .

    Hope this helps!
