Dodgy practice of KFH estate agency

You don't need to tell me how bad KFH in Beckenham are!
I took them to the Property Ombudsman and got back the majority of my money back. They caused us so much stress and I would love it if they went under. It is a very long story, but to cut it short - me and a friend moved in together and after 6 months my boyfriend moved in so we wanted him added to the tennancy. Instead of just adding him on, they renewed the contract for a full 12 months without informing us or our landlords. It was just there way of getting more money out of everyone. As far as I am concerned they are the scum of the earth and I would not go anywhere near them and would highly recommend that everyone avoid them because you will get screwed over too!!0
