Finally agreed on buying a Property

I'm so happy, after more than 4 months of looking and viewing many properties in my area , finally agreed to buy a 3bed house at £233k (asking price was £250k), so I'm quite happy as similar property was sold in the same street for £250k.

Now looking forward to finalise mortgage and go through the next steps. I'm a first-time buyer so really excited about having a property soon.
