I'd be tempted to go for a refund. These illegal car parks have been closing left right and centre. The appeal failed.0

I've had a read through the Enforcement Appeal Decision and can't see any way out for Karl. This has been going on for years now. I would be weary of the fact the Airport parking is a separate company to the business park, though operated by the same directors. I don't know what would happen to pre-paid parking if it folded.
Anyway. For anyone interested, here's the section on notice.
The Notice requires the cessation of the use within 30 days of the date on which itenforcement notice site. The appeal under Ground (g) fails.
