Just a quckie regarding CTC payments

Hi, I renewed over the phone nearly 2 weeks ago. On the day I usually get my money last week I got a different amount (increased by about £9) and this week on the usual payday I got a different amount again. Does anyone know if this means my award has been finalised? I haven't received any paperwork yet so I'm a bit in the dark about why I keep getting different amounts. How long should my paperwork take? I don't want to ring them as they are a pain to get through to lol x
