dieting , calories, ciiking in advance

Hi all. can anyone point me in the right direction of some sites that have recipes on that i can cook in advance, freeze, and which give a summary of the calories in each portion please? never really had to watch what i eat, but i could do with losing a few lbs and money is really tight now. thanks in advance x

cant find a web site but I find that eating lots of fruit and veg and cutting down drastically on carbs and fat combined with more walking really works well.0
