MBNA Letter

Hi All
I've had a letter through from MBNA identifying that I may have been missold PPI etc and a form to fill in. It all looks pretty official but it does ask for "first 2 letters from my password / mothers maiden name" on the form and the SAE is from another company.
I'm pretty sure it's not a scam but I have emailed them to check first, has anyone else had anything like this through the post?

Banks are sending letters to customers affected where generalised failings have been identified.toomanynotebooks wrote: »

However, you're right to query anything that asks you to write (even partly) the answers to security questions.
Do let us know the Bank's response...0 -
I would give them a call directly. The direct number for the 'Customer advocate office' that handles PPI claims is 0800 917 6592.
It's not a foreign call center so they should understand what's been sent.

Hi, I emailed them but via the secure message centre after logging into my account and it is genuine, thanks for the help guys...
