Thanks Terry, thats a great address for my next email, I m looking forward to " the appropiate action " . The only people doing anything wrong are the cheapjack suppliers turning a blind eye to wholesale theft of Electricity and Gas by a section who are being allowed to get away with it with barely a question from the suppliers because its suits their "mark up ". Failure to inspect the prepays on a minimum of at least 2 years is shocking. I think at least once a year should be the minimum. They have this quaint idea that because they can see electronically whats going off through the card and the key, they never need to check the meters. that works so long as they go to the shop to put credit on. and when they dont go to the shop, ever,( or poss a tenner now and again to keep rev protection off the scent ) nothing is ever done.0

Have you ever tried dealing with UKRPA directly?

Failure to visit sites is shockingly badly on safety inspections, a while ago it went mad over J42 gas regulators. :rotfl:Working within the gas and electric industry since 2008'0 -
thanks utility_csa, I know about UKRPA, I will send them an email also, yes my freind worked on the J42 regulator mess -up. I thought that would have been an excellent Daily Mail story, all these regulators only half screwed in just waiting for someone to bang their heavy tool box etc. into it to knock it off when the meters are stuffed away under the stairs etc. they got away with that one with no publicity0

Same, no idea how that never got media coverage. I know some companies got away with replacing them saying it was just a gas check to ensure customers werent over paying :rotfl:Working within the gas and electric industry since 2008'0
