iphone 4 insurance

Hi

I've just took out a 24month contract with T Mobile and paid £33.34 for the above handset. T Mobiles insurance seemed a bit hefty at £12 per month and after having a search around I've found cheaper policies with the same amount of cover.

However I am a bit confused as how I should answer the question of how much did the phone cost ?
Should I say £33.34 or should I say £33.34 plus 24 x £29 which is the monthly cost of the package ?

I imagine if I say £33.34 then that is all I will be covered for should I claim and If I say £33.34 plus 24 x £29 then should I make a claim and produce my receipt that will show the phone cost as £33.34.
