capital one credit card and libor rate

Just wondered if there is any come back on c/one because of the fidling thats been going on with the Libor rate.:beer:

    I suppose if they argue your interest rate was linked to LIBOR, then they could chase you for the interest you've underpaid.

    I'd keep quiet about it if I were you - you should get away with it.

    OP, I would man up about this straight away, confess everything, and then ask them how much you should write your cheque for.....
