do you need to convert them? can't you just get the burner to burn them as music not data?
wma to mp3 requires a convertor on media player from elsewhere, not sure of why to convert into .wav, I've only ever done from .wav into .mp3 sorry0 -

I wouldn't download any of these without my computer being protected with ADaware SE & SpyBot.
The reason being that some free downloads come complete with Spyware. SpyBot's Tea Timer can help you, either not to install the Spyware/Adware or to remove it after installation. Adaware SE should also remove it after installation, if there has been some installed.

How exactly are you using your stereo?
I don't understand why it has to be a .wav file for a stereo to play it.0 -
There's loads of software knocking around that can do this. A cursory search on Google will turn some up.
For instance; http://www.audio-converter.com/
A test version, but your should be able to find an 'open source' solution.0 -
