Some tyres are directional, ie they have one way to rotate, so have to be fitted the right way round. There is an arrow on the sidewall to show it. It's not unknown for a fitter to get it wrong. When they have fixed it, check them both, make sure the arrow points the right way. Once it's right, it's right though, so no worry there.

I can't believe that some people have no idea about punctuation and grammar.

What did he do for 2 hours with the car (balancing from taking the wheel off to bolting it back on is a 5 minute job)? Only then he noticed the tyre was the wrong way round? It's not something daft like a huge sticker being left on the car is it?
Very, very unlikely that on a short drive she would notice increased noise from an incorrectly fitted directional/asymmetric tyre. They sound dangerously incompetent and something else is going on there.

Some idea of what sort of noise might help here. Otherwise could be anything from "a wheel about to fall off" to "they turned the radio on".

Both would make noise, one isn't a safety issue :)

While phil99's post was a little blunt, in all seriousness your initial post is difficult to read because of the complete lack of punctuation. I'm sure you do know what a full stop is, so you might want to consider using one or two in future to make it easier for people to try and assist you.

(I genuinely mean this post to be helpful, not offensive. Try reading your own first post yourself, you may find it harder than you think.)
