Need help with invoice Please.

I don't normally sell on ebay, but buy rather a lot. Just sold 2 items and the people are trying hard to pay me, however................... when it told me to invoice them I thought I had to add the postage, so did.
Now their invoices are showing double postage amounts, which obviously they don't want to....... and I don't expect them to, pay for.
When I tried to amend it by sending a 2nd and 3rd invoice it keeps reverting back to the double post amount, even though I delete the extra.
Now I can't do a 'correct' invoice and they can't pay.
Please someone help me resolve this I fee really daft at the moment.
Thanks in advance
LL

Don't press recalculate after you have deleted the extra (that just resets the invoice), just preview the invoice before you send, to check it is OK.
If that doesn't fix the problem. Try putting a minus sign before the postage amount you added, or take off the amount in 'seller discounts' using the minus sign, again don't press recalculate0 -
