Self propelled lightweight electric lawnmower??

Do all of these things exist in one lawnmower?

My stepdad has just recently had a heart attack, with some damage to the heart. He also has other medical issues. Whilst on strict chair rest he is planning in his mind the jobs he does around the home and how he can adapt his garage of tools to suit his new physical condition.

Cost not really a problem. Those robot-type ones are no good though, as it is for the front lawn and their house backs onto the local comprehensive, some of the pupils of whom are less than neighbourly when they walk past.
