Ryanair - cancelling travel insurance

Hi
I booked some travel insurance when I booked a flight with Ryanair. I then cancelled the insurance within the 14 day cancellation period.
With my original email I received an automated reply, which stated that I would receive a response from them within 14 working days.
I hadn't received a reply within the 14 working days, and so I emailed them again. I then received a reply from someone asking if I had claimed on the insurance. I replied that I hadn't. Since that email I've not heard anything back and it's been over two weeks (six weeks since I initially cancelled the insurance).
I presume my only option is to complain via the Financial Ombudsman?
Thanks for any replies.

What are you complaining about? Have you not had a refund to the card that was used to pay for it? Check who the insurer is (the actual insurer, not the brand) and phone them directly, with the threat to chase the FO if the matter is not resolved within 28 days.0

Have a look here. Make sure you have followed the cancellation procedure and then follow the complaints procedure

You should've had a refund within 7 working days0 -
Thanks very much for the replies.
Yes I haven't had a refund on the card I used to pay it.
I'll submit a complaint to Ryanair and see if that leads anywhere.0
