Nope...Maybe if you were never supposed to pay them in the first place....i.e working when over retirement age but for most people the answer is no.
How did you pay too much? The calculation is quite an easy one. Earn more than £146 a week and pay 12% of the excess income as national insurance contributions.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
