I believe i may have bene misold PPI in 2007. it was arranged by an independent mortgage advice company. the insurance is with Commitments Protection Limited, mortgage is with Chelsea Building Society - who should I make the complaint to?

You complain to whoever sold you the insurance. In this case it will have been the Independent Mortgage Advice Company.0
