I have a successful and profitable business which is LTD and VAT regd. I am sole director / shareholder.
I turn over 100k a year (40% profit) and am seeing 40% year on year growth.
I need to open a business account and the banks I have contacted so far dont want me as I have a CCJ from 4 years ago and a poor credit history.
my personal account which I have been using for the business until now is with LLoyds and I have contacted them 4 times to open a business account and they keep calling or promising to call and then never getting back to me. i am really fed up of their terrible customer service and want to go elsewhere
what can I do.
thanks
J

Consider joining the Federation of Small Business. They have an arrangement with the Co-op to offer their members free business banking.
