Tesco Clubcard Vouchers

Hi
I have £135 in Tesco Clubcard Vouchers which say Holiday on them as I asked for Park Resorts reward.
We cannot find a suitable holiday with them and now want to swap for Hotel tokens. I've just called tesco and they say send them back but I wont be able to get new vouchers for Hotels until after my November statement. Is this right, the customer service rep didn't sould too sure and I wondered if anyone else has any experience of this

I returned some - and pretty sure they did not appear back until my next statement.
The points may appear in your balance - but they won't be converted for use in deals until the next statement run.0 -
