Please can I have some advice about Excel Parking?

I pay a yearly permit through my work. It had fallen off the window and the parking attendant mentioned this to me. Later on that day, I got a ticket. I have appealled against the ticket, however, they have refused it (surprise), so I was just wondering if I should pay the £30 that is due by 19/7 or just ignore it and get bills for £100.

I don't post here very often, but I would be so grateful for any advice that you can give me.

Thank you very much

Great thank you. Do you think that I have a case? If not, I will just pay it.
