Hotel Cancellation Refunds

I initially started this thread to highlight my personal experience with one particular company but thought it maybe better to ask others what their experience has been like too. Perhaps it would help everyone when choosing who to book with.

So far, when cancelling a prepaid hotel (obviously a refundable booking), here is what I've found:

eBookers - fast refund, maybe 2-3 days
Expedia - fast refund, maybe 2-3 days
Otel - fast refund, maybe 2-3 days
Tripsta - slow to refund, over 2 weeks, needed to be chased up on both occasions (put me off using them again TBH)

Where possible I do make bookings which don't require prepayment (e.g. booking.com) but sometimes the deal is that much better that it makes more sense to prepay.
