Sainsbury's Returns?

Hi are you able to return (clothing) to any Sainsbury store?

Why are you returning it?

If it's faulty, they will usually accept it back to any store that sells clothing.

If you just want to return it, I'd take it back to the Sainsburys you bought it from. If it's got tags and is in good condition, they will likely refund it without question. Other stores may be less receptive, as it could cause stock issues.

Usually they are okay, but its best to make it as easy as possible when you haven't got a legal right to a refund.

Hi yes 'the tops' have not been worn, still got tags. I was also wondering about stock issues at a strore other than the one they were bought from.

Hi,

I work at a Sainsbury's that does not sell clothes and we take clothes returns as long as the tags are still in and ideally a receipt.
