Hi,
To cut a long story short - my Wife had paid redundancy payment protection for a few years but had prev been made redundant and the insurance co were notified to cancel that element of the insurance. However they cont to take full payments for few years knowing my Wife was unemployed.
My question is does insurable interest come into play here ?
