also, If you are on benefits, I would gather recent notification of entitlement letters (which are in your sole name). Write a short letter stating that there has been a mistake etc etc), add in that you want your rent to be immediately re instated or you will risk eviction, photocopy it and take the lot into local council offices. GET A RECEIPT stating what you have brought in.0
