yeah crooks.how dare they expect someone to foot the costs of idiots who can't work out the concept of paying for the service they wish to use.

Lol, I've had parcels I've posted through the Post Office (so they weighed and charged for correct postage) and still had the receiver having to pay
And as someone else said, postage stamps (especially the lickable ones - eurgh) can quite easily fall off if not stuck properly. (I'm shivering now, hate licking stamps - even the thought...)
We received a gift card from a kids magazine comp for DD2 with no postage - had to pay something like £1.70 odd - contacted the company and received a lovely letter, next issue of the mag and a postal order for £2 to cover the costs. Very nice they were
