Ha ha - just call me lucky! must be one of the 1% - still waiting on standing orders and scheduled payments to be paid out from end of June!
Attempting a visit this afternoon and we'll see how sorted they actually are!

My account remains £500 in the red due to a missing lodgement, yet they were able to add the charge for Ufirst on the 13th July.
Been waiting 5 weeks for a new card.:mad:0
