I have sold an e reader this morning. the buyer has sent me a message saying she no longer wants the item and can i cancel the transaction. she paid at the same time as buying.
i dont know what to do, should i send the item and hope she dosent open a dispute or cancel the order for her and hop i get my fees back. i know it sounds stupid but im a bit annoyed that she has changed her mind within 4 mins of buying and paying for the item.

It's probs easier to just cancel the item & refund rather than antagnoising the buyer, seeing as they have contacted you already.
Sending it out & then having it returned will cost you money in postage anyway.0 -
thats true, im thinking that if i send the item she will just say its broken or something to get the money back, it is annoying tho0

thank you, i know it was a daft question its been a long night, i have refunded the buyer and will relist the item.x0

The only daft question is the one you never ask.
I'd never send out an item I knew someone didn't want. It's just a waste of both customer goodwill (very important on eBay) and a good item."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

i dont tend to sell on ebay, usually i use facebook selling pages, but because the baby has grown out of her premmie stuff i thought it would be the best place to put it, then i thought i would sell the e reader to buy cloth nappies its turning into more hassle than i thought it would be, but im sure this is just one problem and i wont have anymore.. i hope0
