can i retract feedback

I Bought Some Batteries Last Week And Once I Received Delivery I Left A Pos Feedback. A Couple Days Later I Came To Charge The Batteries And Realised They Had Sent Me Non- Rechargable. I Mailed The Seller ,(its An Ebay Shop And A Power Seller). They Said To Return Them For Replacement, So I Asked For My Postage Costs (£1,20) To Be Refunded, But They Replied They Didn,t Refund Postage,. I Did Explain That This Was Their Fault Not Mine So They Agreed To Send Me A Free Mp3 Charger. Today I Received The New Batteries But No Free Gift And The Batteries Will Not Charge In The Cameras. Can I Retract The Pos Feedback??? Or What Should Be My Next Move.. This Is Not About The Money But The Principle
