Hope it is ok to post this on here.:)

Has anyone heard anything from Social Soup recently? I joined them a couple of years ago but haven't heard anything for ages.

Edit: thanks for finding the thread - I had done a quick search but couldn't see it.
  • I just joined up as I've never heard of them. Hope they are still active :-)

We did the air freshener test/reviews and not a peep since.

  • I was on my hols when the air freshener trial was on so missed it but like you I have never heard a squeak since!

Just had a browse thru their site and it all looks kinda dormant! I logged in ok & all my details etc are still live and there to see but the trial products displayed are the same as they were 2/3 years ago...Ah well...Can't win em all eh! :)

  • Yes, I took part in the air-freshener one which was quite good, but as others have said, nothing since.:)

Just had this email land in my junk, they are looking for Londoners, thought someone may be interested.:)

It’s been a while since you heard from us here at Social Soup, but we’re getting things moving again in the UK. We’re kicking off with a project specifically for Londoners, so was hoping you might be able to help us find them.

For this project, we need people with:
    • A passion for all things food and wine
    • Between the ages of 28 and 47
If you know anyone in London who considers themselves somewhat of a foodie, please send them either this email or the link below.
    http://surveys.socialsoup.co.uk/foodiesurvey

Thanks for helping out and fingers crossed we can get you on a project soon.

    The Social Soup Team.

They got a funky new website too....

Thank you MollyDolly, unfortunately filled out a lot of info in their survey and right at the end they ask about your drinking habits and got disqualified!

Feel like I got disqualified on the drinking habits section and wish they did that part first so I didn't have to write my essay in the earlier questions, just beware everyone!

It's not like you have to register your account so they can use it for future campaigns either!

Sorry to hear that Loranius, I'm up North so it didn't apply to me, I was surprised when I got their email - thought they had gone for good.:)
