I was meant to be doing the Air Wick project, but no parcel ever turned up. I've emailed them twice, but not had a response. Just hoping I don't get kicked out for not completing a project I could never do in the first place.
A disappointing start for me.0 -
I have had my kit a week now, and does anyone elses units spray sporadically? I have put mine in the bathroom and kitchen and they are supposed to be sensors but I hear them "ppssssting" randomly. No movements but still they go off, like spitting cobras0

I agree with thriftymanc I turn mine off and just use it occasionally. My cat hates it and hisses everytime it goes off. The smell is quite strong too.0

Does anyone have an email link to the Airwick Freshmatic project page?
I seem to have lost my original email, and although I can find the Social Soup website, unable to see where to access the correct section.
Thanks for any help.
You could try to email them, I have a link to the page, but logs me straight in (even when logged out). Their email is hello@socialsoup.co.uk.
Can anybody advice how we are meant to do the mood boards, is it old fashioned cut and glue (with the free glue stick), or is there an online version, which would be so much easier. If first option, how do I send to them??0 -
Thanks egfcomps
I emailed and they re-sent the link.
Thank you very much for replying.
Regarding the mood boards, I cut out some pictures (along with the ones they sent) and used the glue stick to stick down. Took photos and emailed to the address they give at the campaign homepage.
Good luck0 -
I signed up to Social Soup 3 or 4 days ago. Roughly how long has it taken you to hear anything from them?SPC '21 #0750

It's impossible to say as they are a new site!
The majority of us would have signed up when this thread first started in the middle of July.
This is the first campaign they have had... you can't tell how soon the next one will come along... could be days, weeks, months!

I got the email saying my Airwick pack will be with me next week. Can't wait! You'll have to speak up; I'm wearing a towel0

Hi! Anyone had any probs with Social Soup? I received my pack of Airwick products last week ok, but had some sort of technical error regarding connecting to Twitter and Facebook, it seems very 'iffy' to me. And I can't get my comments up on the Souper forum. I have got in touch with the site via email a couple of times, had a reply to say their technical team are sorting it for me, but I've not heard from them since. Very odd! As the photo comp been judged yet?0
