Still have a toffee and walnut shake to drink this evening - I dislike toffee so I'm not looking forward to THAT! :o

The worst is Spicy Tomato Soup though - even following the instructions to the letter I get powdery fluffy crap on top of it and watery soup underneath!

Snaggs, did you not get to chose what flavours you wanted this week? Or is this a left over shake? I have made one tom soup and it was fab, looked just like cup a soup. Hate the taste though :rotfl:

I put chilli flakes in the tomato soup, makes it nice n spicy. CDC recommended it ;)

Snaggs, did you make it up with cold water to a runny paste? Always works OK for me

Pap, yes she asked me what I wanted but I just said 'a selection', because I don't know which flavours I like yet (the only ones I've hated have been veg soup and tomato soup).

Toffee and walnut was  sweeeeeeeet, but I put half a teaspoon of instant decaff coffee in it, and a bit more water, and it's really nice!

Spud, yes I followed it to the letter - I KNEW my cooking skills weren't up to much, I can't even make packet soup! :rotfl:

Why don't you just do 2.5k if you're a bit tired? Or just ten minutes?

It's got to be enjoyable too, you know you can do the 10k now, so it's just a case of building up a bit more time on your feet (as they say on the running thread) to make it more comfortable for you on the day.

Alpha, sorry, new to the thread - but it was you that got married wasn't it? I think you should be damn proud you only gained 3lbs! :T That will be back off by next week. :)

Alpha 3lbs is great, considering the scones and clotted cream. OMG I love scones with jam and clotted cream  :D

Good evening my mystical little pixies! What's fresh in here? Clearly not the poo chat which lasted FOUR WHOLE PAGES!! I was at work and missed the whole damn thing. My poo count in 2 and a half weeks is 4. Unpleasant is not the word...

So, only managed 2 shakes today, just don't feel like anything. Been invited to a bbq on sat night, and i've decided, if i've reached the 1 stone loss by WI saturday afternoon, i'm gonna allow myself a burger and some salad. I know i'm in this for the long haul, i think i'll be ok if i don't pie my face. :o (plus i weighed myself already and my work scales say i've just hit the 1st marker, not getting my hopes up til sat though).

Anyway, about the soups, i only have the mushy and chicken and mushy flavours cos the rest taste like rotting corpses. The spicy tomato is nearly nice, but there's this overlying flavour which just makes me gip!

What else did i have to report, oh aye, Alpha is in fact a bit of a babe! Loved the wedding photo! Also, loved Maz's, Pog's and Sammie's pics. You all make me feel like such a frumpy old minger! :rotfl:x x x
    Still to go: 24lbs
